Permissions
- Access Profile - Determines what parts of the software the use has access to based on what permissions the access profile has set. If any profile other than Employee is selected, the View Details button will become available, allowing the user to edit their access profile's permissions.
- Manage Other Employees - Allows the employee as a PayClock Online user to manage other employees. Employees can be selected individually, by department, or all employees.
Login
- Password - What password the employee as a user will use to get into PayClock Online in the web portal or the mobile application.
- Web Portal Login - Controls whether an employee can log into the PayClock Online web portal.
- Mobile Application Login - Controls whether an employee can log into the PayCLock Online mobile application. An email address is required when using this setting.
